These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our site for any purpose, including but not limited to browsing, using our services, registering for services that may be accessed offline or otherwise, and sharing information or content with us, in accordance with and subject to prevailing law.
HD Screening and Laboratory’s Terms and conditions apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. Use of this website is conditioned on acceptance of and compliance with our Terms and Conditions.

By accessing or using the Service You agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions.

The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind.
Without limiting the foregoing, neither the Company nor any of the company's providers makes any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied: (i) as to the operation or availability of the Service, or the information, content, and materials or products included thereon; (ii) that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (iii) as to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information or content provided through the Service; or (iv) that the Service, its servers, the content, or e-mails sent from or on behalf of the Company are free of viruses, scripts, trojan horses, worms, malware, timebombs or other harmful components.
AVAILABILITY, ERROR, AND ACCURACIES
We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information at all times, including prices, images, specifications, availability, and services. Having said that, we reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice, upon confirmation of inaccuracies.
The Company also does not warrant that the service from this site will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free, although it is provided to the best of its ability.
EMPLOYER SOLUTION SERVICES
We reserve the right to terminate the relationship if the agreement is not upheld. Information shared during consultative service is the exclusive right of HD Screening and Laboratory and all processes, documents and conversations are included. Once intellectual property is sent over for review, only finalized copy becomes payer property.
Note: Additional NDA applies to each client and their needs.
ON-SITE AND MOBILE TESTING PRICE POLICY
The rates displayed on the Company's website at the time the Client registers for services apply to the service fee only.
For Point-of-care lab (mobile testing), the rates displayed on the Company's website at the time you book for service apply to the service fee only. Mobile clients will receive an invoice for service payment and their payment on the website will be considered an upfront cost that will be deducted from the final bill upon completion of the service.
Additional charges may accrue when a client orders on-site testing if certain overages occur, and Client agrees to promptly pay Company for such overages. Overages include:(a) mileage from the collector’s location to the client’s location, (b) Wait time if HD Screening and Laboratory visit Client location at the time requested by Client but Client (or Employee(s)) is not available or ready for testing to begin, or if HD Screening and Laboratory must wait beyond 30 minutes because of a shy bladder; (c) when additional tests are required on-site, such as additional people to test, a breath alcohol test (BAT) confirmation for non-negative screening (billed as a second BAT), or a second chain of custody is required (billed as a second drug test).
PRE-PAYMENT, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. Refunds will not be provided for services that have already been paid. Please make sure that you’ve carefully read the service description before booking your appointment and completing your payment. If unsure of the service, please give us a call at 470-243-1357 or email info@hdscreeninglab.com. If in any case, our clients picked the wrong date, we allow one to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment.
TIMEFRAME FOR RESULTS
HD Screening and Laboratory understands the importance of timely results for our clients and an estimated timeframe in determining when to expect them. We will collect and process your specimens in a timely accurate manner. Anything after our accurate and timely service is dependent upon the lab's further processing and turnaround times. You can be assured that our part was done right and no errors will occur on our end.
However, there are several reasons why we cannot guarantee results timeframes, including:

Typically, specimens are transported to our central labs, and transportation can be delayed due to weather, mechanical failure, missed deadlines, and other factors.

Specimens differ, and re-testing, confirmation testing, or another testing may be required.

While lab testing is carried out in a scientific manner, nearly all of our tests require expert analysis. In some cases, these studies are more involved than expected, and you may need more time to get accurate results.
YOUR FEEDBACK TO US
You grant to the Company all rights, titles, and interests in any Feedback you submit to us. If such an assignment is rendered ineffective for any reason, you agree to grant the Company a non-exclusive, perpetual, unconditional, premium, global right and license to use, reproduce, disclose, modify, and exploit such Feedback without limitation.
DISPUTES RESOLUTION

CHANGES AND NOTIFICATION TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify, vary, supplement, or otherwise change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit. It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of the site and our services will signify your acceptance of any changes.
If changes are made, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 15 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
